Alternative Spring Break - A week-long service program by a team of undergraduates. Students spend up to seven months learning about the broader societal context of their service and participating in group reflection activities. With a committed team of students working up to 40 hours during the week, this program allows organizations to address pre-identified needs or build additional capacity to fulfill their mission.

Leadership Rice Mentorship Experience - A summer internship experience in which students are paired with a mentor who fosters their leadership capacity and personal development. Throughout the internship, students receive coaching from the CCL staff that enables them to perform high-level work for the organization, over a nine-week period.
